After a sold out Double Joy in 2015 featuring the young talents from klpac String Ensemble and Chan Wa Concert Band from Seremban Cha Wa High School, they are joining hands again to bring you Double Joy 2.0 from 2nd to 4th June 2017 at klpac.
The concert this time around will feature a mix of light classical music and popular contemporary music. From Bach’s Double Violin Concerto to Mendelssohn’s Italian Symphony, from River Flows In You to John William Trilogy, Double Joy 2.0 will be a treat to music-lovers. Other songs include Dalam Kenangan Medley P. Ramlee, Everytime from Descendants of the Sun, Oregon and Princess Mononoke.
This year, they are also crowdfunding to help cover the meals, accommodation and transportation of Chan Wa Concert Band so that they can collaborate with the klpac String Ensemble again. You can lend a hand by making a donation from RM50 onwards. You can also opt for buying VIP seat which is RM100 each to support them. The music exchange is an invaluable experience for the young musicians as they learn from each other, get to know more people, attend masterclasses and share the joy of creating something wonderful together.

We are crowd funding for Double Joy from 1 April – 31 May to alleviate the accommodation cost for the Chan Wa Concert Band from Seremban Chan Wa High School. We are appealing to our fans to make a pledge starting from RM50 onwards. Patrons who pledge RM100 and above will obtain a VIP seat and more!
